Wong Fei Hung Fried Cajun Rice











Ingredients:
  • 250 gr rice
  • 50 gr onion, sliced
  • 150 gram medium fresh prawn
  • 100 gr chicken fillet, diced
  • 1 piece egg shaken & scrambled
  • 50 gr carrot, diced
  • 1 tbs salt/ light soy sauce
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbs frying oil
  • 1 tbs margarine
  • 3 pcs garlic mashed
  • 2 pcs red chili, seedless, boiled for while
  • 1/4 teasp pepper powder
  • 1/4 teasp tablesalt
Cooking direction:
1.Heat frying oil, fry garlic, red chili and margarine. Add onion and garlic fry until . Put in prawn, chicken, and carrot, mix thoroughly, remove from pan for while.
2. Put egg into the pan and scrambled, add rice, ketchup, and light soy sauce, mixed thoroughly for 5 minutes and ready to be served.

Pop Chicken















Main Ingredients:
- 1 skinless, headless chicken cleaved 4 parts.
- 4 pcs garlic, sliced
- 1 tbs tablesalt
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 300 ml coconut milk
- frying oil adequately

Sauce:
- 2 tbs vegetable oil.
- 4 tbs hot water 75-80 deg. C
- 10 red chili, cooked in boiled water beforehand
- 12 pcs red onion, cooked in boiled water beforehand
- 200 g tomatoes, cooked in boiled water beforehand
- 1 tbs tablesalt

Cooking Direction :
1. Mix chicken with garlic, tablesalt and lime juice. Leave it for an hour.
2. Boil coconut milk, put chicken with dip ingredients to the pan. Cook until tender and dry. Remove chicken from pan.
3. Heat adequate amount fo frying oil in the pan. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes.
4. Sauce: grind sauce ingredients, fry in the preheated pan with frying oil. Cook until dry.
5. Serve chicken with sauce, add some veggie according to your taste.

Malaysian Barbeque Wings










Main Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
Cooking Directions:
  1. In a shallow glass bowl combine the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper and dried basil. Mix together. Add chicken wings, cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir together again the next day.
  2. Lightly oil grill and preheat to high heat.
  3. Remove wings from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Grill chicken wings over preheated grill for 8 to 12 minutes each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Winnie The Pooh Fave' Roasted Chicken




















Main Ingredients:
-1 chicken, cleave 6-8 parts.
-1 tbs olive oil

Dip:
- 2 tbs salty soy sauce
- 1 tbs sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 teasp ginger powder
- 2 teasp ang ciu/ wine
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 3 tbs honey
- 1/2 teasp pepper

Cooking Instruction:
1. Stir and mix thoroughly dip ingredients.
2. Dip and mix chicken mince within dip ingredients until homogen.
3. Leave 1 hour at room temperature.
4. Preheat the grill for high heat.
5. Lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange dipped chicken on the prepared grill.
6. Cook for 20 minutes, turning frequently, or until skin is browned and the chicken juices run clear.
